Riverside Bridge Replacement, Mt Vernon, WA. Prepared signal design plans, and cost estimates for the construction of a new signal at the intersection of Riverside Dr/Pacific Pl, as well as for the signal modifications at the Burlington Blvd/George Hopper Rd intersection. In addition, prepared 3 separate temporary signals for three different phases of construction at the Burlington Blvd/Whitmarsh Rd intersection. Furthermore, prepared interconnect plans on Riverside Drive and Burlington Boulevard between Continental Place to George Hopper Road.
